General terms and conditions of business

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by voyroom, Im Park 2, 21407 Deutsch Evern (hereinafter referred to as “voyroom”) to natural and legal persons (hereinafter referred to as “users”) who use the voyroom platform.

By registering on voyroom, the user accepts these terms and conditions. Any differing terms and conditions of the user do not apply.

§ 2 Description of Services

voyroom operates an online platform where content creators (hereinafter referred to as "creators") can offer various types of digital content. Fans can access this content for a fee or subscribe to content from creators.

The services include, in particular:

• Provision of infrastructure for publishing digital content
• Handling of payment transactions between fans and creators
• Managing subscriptions and payouts
• Provision of analysis and communication tools

§ 3 Registration and User Account

Use of voyroom requires registration. Users are obligated to provide truthful information. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.

Users must be at least 18 years old. voyroom reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

§ 4 Remuneration and Payment

voyroom erhebt eine Plattformgebühr von 15% auf alle über die Plattform abgewickelten Zahlungen. Der Creator erhält 85% der Einnahmen, abzüglich anfallender Zahlungsdienstleistergebühren.

Payouts are made weekly with no minimum amount, provided a verified payment account has been registered. voyroom reserves the right to temporarily withhold payouts in cases of reasonable suspicion of fraud or violations.

§ 5 User's Obligations

The user agrees to:

• not to publish any illegal, offensive or immoral content
• Do not use third-party content without their consent.
• not to use false identities or deceive other users
• to comply with applicable law, in particular youth protection regulations.
• Do not use automated access methods (bots, scraping).

§ 6 Liability

voyroom is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as under the Product Liability Act. Otherwise, voyroom's liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

voyroom ist nicht verantwortlich für Inhalte, die von Nutzern auf der Plattform veröffentlicht werden. Verstöße können über unser Support Center gemeldet werden.

§ 7 Kündigung und Account-Löschung

Beide Seiten können das Vertragsverhältnis jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen kündigen. Regulär gekündigte Abonnements laufen bis zum Ende des gebuchten Zeitraums weiter.

Account-Löschung: Eine unwiderrufliche Löschung des Accounts (sowohl durch einen Fan als auch durch einen Creator) führt zur sofortigen Beendigung aller aktiven Abonnements. Der Zugang zu den abonnierten Inhalten erlischt unverzüglich im Moment der Löschung. Es erfolgt ausdrücklich keine anteilige Rückerstattung für die ungenutzte Restlaufzeit von Abonnements, unabhängig davon, ob der Fan oder der Creator die Löschung veranlasst hat.

§ 8 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

voyroom reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Users who do not accept the changes have the right to terminate their agreement.

§ 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, provided the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
